My Fall Faves.

Anyone who knows me knows that fall is easily my favorite time of year. Everything begins to change color and by the season’s end, new life emerges. It’s a time of year in which we come together as families to celebrate holidays and spend quality time with our loved ones. I’ve always loved cozying up by a fire to watch holiday movies with Lola and Arzhi. It epitomizes what I love most about this chilly time of year.

A few years ago, we went on a family vacation to visit upstate New York, where my mom grew up. We stayed in Lake George, which was beautiful, and enjoyed visiting Vermont while we were in the East Coast as well. As a native Texan, seasons are a bit different for us down south. We don’t always get to experience the fall foliage that other areas of the country get. I will never forget how stunning the trees were as we drove through Vermont. We stopped at a cider mill and went apple picking. I just kept thinking, what a perfect day. That was a day I hoped to repeat over and over and one day potentially give an experience like that to my own children. It confirmed my love for the fall and even made me contemplate a move to the east coast… but let’s be honest, I could never handle their winters haha. I throw on a sweater anytime it drops below 70 degrees!

I have devised a list of some of my fall favorites for y’all so you can start getting into the holiday spirit! Enjoy!

Kiki’s Fall Favorites

Pumpkin Picking Candle.

Is there anything that smells better than a crisp fall day? I honestly can’t think of anything better. I have so many memories of going to the pumpkin patch as a kid and this candle takes me right back to that moment. If you’re craving that same childhood memory this candle won’t disappoint!

Fall Wreath with Acorns.

I love a good wreath inside the house! It brings the warmth of fall foliage into the home and instantly brightens any space. Wreaths are a great way to get yourself into the seasonal spirit!

Mid-Calf White Leather Boot.

I love a good boot during the fall season! These mid=calf boots could be easily paired with a trouser, pair of skinny jeans or a fun sweater dress. Boots can add a unique twist to any look and there are so many ways to wear them. I love pairing this boot with a black skinny jean and a cozy oversized sweater. Instantly elevates a casual look to something more chic.

Black Knot Headband.

Headbands are a great way to accessorize any look. If you pair this headband with a cute sweater and some curly hair, you’ve got yourself a beautiful, polished look. Headbands are extremely versatile and can be worn with both casual looks as well as a dress or skirt. I personally, love to wear a headband behind the ears with your bangs out in front for a more posh/Blair Waldorff vibe and let’s be honest ladies….who doesn’t love that??

Meyers Apple-Cider Soap.

Scented soaps, along with a cute hand towel are a great way to dress up any bathroom and make it more festive for the season. This soap smells heavenly and like all Meyer’s products, super environmentally friendly! It’s a win-win!

Straw Pumpkins.

These pumpkins are a great decorative way to dress up your living space. They not only look cute, but are super practical and store easily! Put them on a coffee table with a cute fall candle and you’ll be the envy of all your guests!

Tan Wool Fedora.

A good fedora is an amazing way to elevate a fall look and give it that little something extra. I love a wide-brimmed fedora because it looks a bit more polished and chic to me. I prefer a brown or tan fedora over a black but that’s just my personal style. I feel like it goes with more looks and can be more malleable.

Turtleneck Sweater.

In my opinion, you can never go wrong with a cozy turtleneck sweater! This one is a bit of an oversized look, which I love but you can also purchase a more fitted option to layer under a blazer. Turtlenecks always look upscale to me and can make any outfit appear more put-together.
